Ending Affiliates

This takes a LOT of work.

I’ve decided to end trying to have affiliates in other states because it seems that I can’t really find anyone “into” as much as myself.

I have been contacted by several people (from several other states) who are really excited about the project but then I either never hear from them again or, after a few donations, I never hear from them again.

We had a couple of guys who did a great job and really helped out but it just takes up a lot of time, it literally has to become a second job and that is just really hard to do.

This doesn’t mean that we won’t be donating to kids in other states; we’ve donated to kids in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri and we are heading to Tennessee in October and I look forward to taking cards to Georgia, Florida, South/North Carolina or maybe Virginia sometime in the future.

Basically, where ever we go for vacation, we’ll be bringing cards along to that state as well…we never come empty handed :)

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the folks who really tried to start something up in their state but this is just more of a project that I need to do with the help of my local folks.

Plus, I’m really not comfortable letting others use my “name” while I have no control over what they are doing.
