Today was a pretty special day; I got home from work and had two boxes on my deck and then an envelope in the mail box.

The envelope was from our good friend “Poole”; seriously, that is the only information he/she gives us! It was a package with 5 autograph/jersey cards!!

This was actually perfect timing because we were out of autograph and used memorabilia cards!

I had been expecting the two boxes from Evan (also my 5 year old’s name) Lee from New York City!

Both boxes were LOADED with new cards; most of the cards were from 2010-2012 and high quality cards like Chrome, Allen & Ginter, etc!

I’ve already started going through the cards and there are the biggest names from basketball, football and baseball in here; basically, if you can think of a current player, then one of their cards were in there. From a Tim Tebow rookie card to Lebron James to Ken Griffey, Jr. Then throw in some Kobe Bryant, Ichiro, Peyton Manning and all the rest that you would see at the 2012 All Star games!

That wasn’t it thought!

There were also a ton of Olympic cards and some other random odd ball stuff.

THAT WASN’T IT THOUGHT!!

There was 27 autograph and used memorabilia cards through the donation- big names like Kobe Bryant, Allen Iverson, Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash and even a 2012 USA Olympics patch card!

Sometimes the generosity of others is mind blowing!
